Cancellation must be communicated to the conference secretariat in writing via e-mail to iapri2024@itene.com
When the withdrawal is brought on by the registrant's inability to arrange his or her own travel, such as issues with a visa application or other travel documents, registration fees will not be reimbursed.
The cancellation schedule is as follows:
50% refund on or before 60 days (i.e., February 224, 2024) prior to the conference.
If you cancel within 60 days, there will be no refund.
For administrative reasons, all refunds will be made after the conference, and a 100€ administrative fee will be charged.
No refund will be considered in the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather, natural calamities, or other unforeseen causes.
