The 24th IAPRI World Packaging Conference, organised by the ITENE research centre in Valencia (Spain) from 17 to 21 June 2024, is set to become the world's leading event for packaging professionals. This conference will bring together 150 speakers and 400 attendees from business and research to explore and shape the future of packaging.
Virtual Premiere - Packaging Trends & Goals: A preview of the IAPRI World Conference
To preview the highlights of the conference, ITENE has organised a free virtual premiere entitled "Packaging Trends & Challenges: A preview of the IAPRI World Conference" which can be followed on a pre-recorded basis.
In addition to offering a unique opportunity to gain early access to the knowledge of the international congress, the webinar attendees will get a special 25% discount on the registration fee for the next IAPRI World Packaging Conference.
The session was led by Nuria Herranz, Member of the IAPRI Organising Committee and Manager of Technology Consulting, Technical Assistance and Innovation of ITENE.
During the webinar, attendees will obtain valuable information on the current challenges and opportunities in the sector, as well as a comprehensive analysis of existing trends in packaging materials, sustainability in the supply chain, packaging technologies and packaging design and development.
Participants will also see a preview of the six main topics of the IAPRI global conference in Valencia, along with a presentation from the full panel of international experts, companies, universities and research centres who will share their knowledge and expertise.
Tickets for the 24th IAPRI World Packaging Conference are now on sale via the official conference website. This global event brings together researchers, academics, and packaging industry professionals to delve into the latest innovations and trends, coinciding with ITENE's 30th anniversary.
Scheduled to start on 17 June 2024, the conference will begin with a welcome reception and guided tours of the ITENE facilities. Oral presentations and poster exhibition are scheduled for 18, 19 and 20 June. The event will conclude on 21 June, with an additional opportunity for attendees to explore the ITENE facilities.
In addition to the main conference activities, attendees will be able to participate in a number of complementary events, such as social gatherings and an official dinner to celebrate the research centre's three decades of contribution to the industry.
